Ichiban sushi has caught up with other sushi companies with its wide array of little seaweed-covered food. In the past, the company had no conveyor belt, and sushi had to be ordered ala-carte. Now with the conveyor belt, the customers can dine without the hassle to order sushi from a waiter/waitress. This also decreases the amount of time customers take to eat, which makes other customers have to wait shorter.
